30.10.06 Light at the end of the tunnel...
After getting stuck way too long in the mixing-process,
the new Malossi-album is finally taking shape.
Mastering is booked early November, and rumors whispers
about a february 2007 release. Yay!

The new Malossi T-shirts are now finally in stock.
08.05.06 Studioreport 6
All remaining vocal tracks were recorded the last weekend of May,
and now the tracks are being mixed.

Most of the vocaltracks were finished during the first weekend
of may, but Bigbores vocalchords got a little bit flaky,
so the band had to break up and postpone the last three songs
until the end of the month.
23.04.06 Studioreport 4
In the heat of the moment, Longstroke's Les Paul suffered a
neck injury last weekend.
Still Longstroke managed to pull through his part of the guitartracks.
The experts medical reports are nevertheless promising,
and it will hopefully recover nicely after a stay at
the guitar hospital.
Bigbore finished his part of the guitartracks as well.

As you can see the guys are pretty happy with the result so far...
Vocals will be recorded next weekend!
03.04.06 Studioreport 3
Longstroke and Bigbore started recording the guitartracks last
weekend, and it sounds really promising. Some pics here.
Malossi are planning to finish both the guitartracks and the
vocaltracks during the easterholiday.
Regarding t-shirts and hoods : due to some problems with the
manufacturer, we are still waiting for the merch.
Hopefully this problem will be solved soon.....
27.03.06 Studioreport 2
Malossi have now finished recording the basslines for the album, and
the Muffler nailed the tunes with sore fingertips and a killer
attitude.

21.03.06 Studioreport
During the weekend Malossi finished the drum recordings for the album,
and the result so far is pretty awesome! Oskar, the recording tech,
really knows his microphones!!!
Pushrod did a great job on the drums, and some pictures of the session
can be seen here.

24.02.06 Full album ahead!
Malossi is heading for the house of Bigbore’s grandmother to record
the very first Malossi album. The house is located in the area where the
four boys grew up, and here they will get back to their roots, feel
the countryside’s atmosphere and inspiration to get the job done.
Oskar Skallerud, the band’s recording engineer, will guide the band
in the making of a kick-ass album.
